Cómo calmar la ansiedad, con la ayuda de la neurociencia

Vaya por delante que lo que hay que hacer cuando aparece algún trastorno de ansiedad que limita de alguna manera nuestra vida, es acudir a un profesional. No hay remedios mágicos ni atajos para casi nada (ver el post de ayer), y mucho menos para algo tan serio. Y dicho esto, comparto por aquí un vídeo de la neurocientífica Wendy Suzuki, que me ha parecido interesante en su enfoque. Más simple que un botijo, la verdad. Pero a veces lo simple puede ayudar.
