Buen finde, folks.

  1. I found this post incredibly useful thank you for sharing! I’ve observed that adopting straightforward neuroscience based methods, similar to those described by Wendy Suzuki, can be remarkably helpful for easing anxiety. Similar to when students occasionally express pay someone to do my assignment, minor assistance can alleviate significant stress.

  2. This TED Talk is a fascinating exploration of the human voice and its connection to the evolution of language. David M. Howard, a phonetics expert, takes us on a journey through three important stages in linguistic development, rooted in research about the vocal recovery of an ancient Egyptian priest. His insights not only bridge history and science but also show how language shaped human culture and communication. Beyond history, Howard emphasizes the importance of valuing our own voices in today’s world. Surrounded by constant distractions and noise, many of us forget how powerful and personal our voice truly is. This talk serves as a reminder to care for our vocal health and use it with intention. It’s both educational and deeply inspiring, encouraging us to reconnect with the essence of communication
